These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and timebet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the domain timebet.cam. These Terms apply to all services offered by timebet, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot products, bonus programmes and any related content accessible through the timebet website.

By accessing, browsing, registering or using the timebet platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are published in English and are directed at adult users aged 21 years and above accessing the platform from locations where doing so is consistent with applicable local laws. Malaysian users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws governing online gambling in Malaysia before using timebet.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires it, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an active Account on timebet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the life of your Account.
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the timebet platform voluntarily and using funds that are not derived from unlawful activity.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register that applies to online gambling platforms, and have not previously had a timebet Account terminated for a rules violation.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.
• You understand and accept that Malaysian law does not regulate or licence online gambling operators, and that you bear sole responsibility for verifying your own legal position before participating.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on timebet. Operating duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
• Maintain and update your registration information to keep it accurate at all times.
• Safeguard your Account credentials and never share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify timebet promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

timebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address and payment method at any time as part of its KYC obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in transaction restrictions or Account suspension.

Your use of the timebet platform is licensed, not sold. timebet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform and all content, software, design elements, data and intellectual property contained therein remain the exclusive property of timebet or its licensors.

• timebet may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

Specific betting and gaming rules apply to each product category on the timebet platform. General principles applicable across all products include the following:

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a wager has been placed and settled according to the applicable rules, the outcome is final. timebet will not reverse settled bets except in cases of system error or clear manifest error as determined by the Platform.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits apply per market and per product type. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, game type or Account tier.
• Void Markets: timebet reserves the right to void markets in the event of incomplete events, pricing errors, force majeure or where evidence of irregular activity exists.
• Live Betting: In-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL and other live football fixtures are subject to delay. Bets placed after an event has concluded but before the market is suspended may be voided.
• Game Integrity: Any attempt to exploit software errors, exploit game mechanics or circumvent the intended game logic constitutes grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture.

timebet may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bet credits, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses and referral incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., ×10, ×15 or ×20) before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While bonus funds remain active, individual wager amounts are typically capped. A common cap is between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per wager. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots commonly contribute 100%, while table games may contribute as low as 10% to 20%. Full contribution tables are published within the relevant promotion detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the promotion, typically 7, 14 or 30 days from claim date.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions cap the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. The applicable cap is stated in each offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Anti-Abuse: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. timebet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend any Account where promotional abuse, including coordinated multiple-Account activity or systematic low-risk exploitation strategies, is detected.

timebet processes deposits and withdrawals in MYR through a range of payment methods available to Malaysian users, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow and FPX, subject to current availability and operator verification requirements.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to the Account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment network. timebet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not submitted and passed identity and address verification may have withdrawals suspended until compliance is confirmed.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed back to the same method used for the original deposit. timebet may require additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.
• Processing Times: Standard withdrawal processing typically takes between one and five business days, depending on the payment method selected and any pending compliance reviews.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within the cashier section of the Account. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed at the prevailing equivalent MYR value at the time of receipt.

The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, including using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to disguise the origins of unlawfully obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players, sharing bet information to gain an unfair market advantage or engaging in any form of match-fixing or corruption.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain funds, credits or advantages not intended by the Platform.
• Using bots, automated scripts or third-party betting tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals on deposits while retaining wager outcomes from those funds.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing timebet staff or other users through any communication channel.

timebet may suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious or irregular activity has been detected that may indicate fraud, money laundering, underage gambling or collusion.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction of services to a particular user or jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the Account creates unacceptable commercial, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the timebet support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and timeline requirements. Bonus Funds at the time of closure will ordinarily be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, timebet, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Loss of gambling funds resulting from incorrect bet placement, misunderstood market rules or reliance on third-party odds information.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure or regulatory action.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the timebet operator is incorporated or licenced. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.

Users accessing timebet from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related Malaysian legislation. timebet does not make representations about the legality of its services under Malaysian domestic law. Malaysian users engage with the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

timebet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, by notification through the Platform.

Your continued use of the timebet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support team.
